Got a functioning cowl hood on your 1970-72 Chevelle and the flapper doesn't open. This vacuum valve kit will make your flapper function whether you have a LS Engine or a carburetor. Our kits include a flow control inline valve that allows the flapper to close smoothly instead of slamming shut when you revive the engine. You will need to connect the hose off a vacuum port on your engine.
